Quest Institute Mission Statement

The Quest Institute offers healing experiences, resources and education to help adults find new ways of being, and have successful relationships and meaningful lives.

Quest Institute Partners

Quest Institute Partners have worked together for many years, and at the heart of our success is our commitment to consensus decision making. The secret lies in conversational problem solving—keeping conversations going until a healthy resolution is achieved. We are motivated by the work we get to do together and inspired by the incredible transformation we see in the lives of others. Our passion for mentoring and empowering others to carry this forward is the legacy we hope to leave.

Bill Williams

For almost 20 years Bill has served as a facilitator in life-transforming retreats. In addition to training as a facilitator, Bill participated in a variety of programs including two STAR workshops, the Onsite Living Centered workshop and Al Peso's Psychodrama workshops.  He hosts a monthly men's support group in Nashville, and attends an annual Mentone Men's Gathering hosted by John Lee. Bill has also served in leadership positions on a number of Boards of Directors, including: The STAR Foundation; The Branch Group, Roanoke, Virginia; Tennessee Construction Coalition; Tennessee Associated Builders and Contractors; and Brentwood Academy. Bill developed a love for Rumi poetry after listening to readings by Robert Bly, Coleman Barks, and John Lee; his appreciation has grown to include the works of many great poets. Another of Bill's loves is riding his Harley Ultra Classic Cruiser. He is president and CEO of a mechanical construction firm, The Comfort Group, with offices in Nashville, TN, and Huntsville, AL. Bill is passionate about meaningful conversations and helping people transform their lives.

Dana Williams

For over two decades Dana has pursued personal growth and transformation experiences, has served as a Massage Therapist and as a facilitator for STAR Retreats. Being in the healing professions as an RN, Dana loves supporting others, facilitating for Quest and leading Breathwork. She is also passionate about the Earth and its inhabitants, and the creative process. Dana has a BSN from East Tennessee State University, certification in Massage Therapy from The Cumberland Institute for Holistic Therapies, and certification by Jacquelyn Small’s Eupsychia Institute in Integrative Breathwork and Soul Based Psychology. Joyfully retired after 33 years as an RN, and a few years as a Massage Therapist, she travels with her husband, plays with their grandkids and dogs, gardens, reads, and piddles.
